Bellaro follows a strict cancellation policy due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

1. Order Cancellation Timeline

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted

2. Production Stage

• Once an order enters the production or printing stage, it cannot be cancelled
• This applies to both prepaid and COD orders

How to Cancel an Order

Customers can request order cancellation using either of the following methods:

Option 1: Cancel from My Account

• Click on the User / Account icon
• Go to Dashboard
• Click on Orders
• Select the recent order
• Click on the Cancel Order option (if available)

Option 2: Cancel via Contact Us

• Visit the Contact Us page
• Submit a cancellation request
• Order ID must be provided for cancellation processing

All cancellation requests are subject to order status and production stage.

4. COD Orders

• Bellaro reserves the right to cancel COD orders in cases of:
  • Repeated non-acceptance
  • Incomplete or suspicious address
  • Failure to confirm order details

5. Refund After Cancellation

• Approved cancellations will be refunded as per the Refund Policy
• Payment gateway and shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Policy Authority

Bellaro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
