At Bellaro, we follow a transparent and fair refund process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before production
  • Return approved due to:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Product damaged during transit

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.


2. Refund Amount

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
  • For COD orders, COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

👉 Payment gateway charges (such as Razorpay fees) are deducted as they are charged to us at the time of transaction and are non-recoverable


3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via Razorpay
  • For COD orders, customers must provide valid UPI or bank account details

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Bank or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount

5. Partial Refunds

Bellaro reserves the right to issue partial refunds where:

  • Products show signs of usage
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Policy conditions are not fully met

6. Policy Rights

Bellaro reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests and modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
