1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged during delivery
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Color difference due to screen resolution or lighting
- Products that have been worn, washed, or used
- Requests raised after the allowed time period
3. Return & Exchange Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
4. Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Clear photo or video proof is required to support the claim
5. Exchange Process
- Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Replacement products will be shipped after quality verification
- Exchange is subject to product availability
6. Return Shipping
- In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping instructions will be provided
- Bellaro reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy criteria
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Return and exchange policies apply equally to COD and prepaid orders
- COD handling charges, if any, are non-refundable

- Accept or reject any return or exchange request
