- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro cities: 4–7 business days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

- Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may not be eligible for re-shipment or refund
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected pin codes only
- Bellaro reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated non-acceptance or suspicious activity
